31 Aug New Properties Hit The Market on the Lower North Shore

The first signs of spring are evident. Not only are the magnolias blossoming but Mosman also has nine new properties for sale in the last week, in addition to the numerous properties that are available off-market. Of these nine properties, seven of them are family homes, which is interesting, as we have been seeing more apartments listed. This is a significant increase in listings during the winter and seems to indicate that the market is turning. It has been an extremely quiet winter with few sellers, however real estate agents now seem to be more optimistic and are indicating that they have new properties pending. Stay tuned but it looks like the Sydney property market is starting to move.
