Mosman luxury real estate had a bumper month in March with five houses selling priced $9.7m+.

Prestige listings are currently fairly slim across Mosman with only 4 homes listed on the market $10m+ but for those in the know, there are always off-market listings. Of these four homes two of them have been on the market for over a year leaving only two new listings.

A further 34 houses sold across Mosman in March, the largest sales month since November. Ideally this is an indication of more property listings to come as there continues to be pent-up buyer demand in all price ranges but particularly in the prestige sector.

One of the newer Mosman prestige listings is 1a David St, Mosman, image above, which is on a significant block of land with spectacular water views across to Vaucluse. Listed by Brendan Warner it is being sold through an expressions of interest campaign.
