The streamlined Negotiation Only service includes property price research and analysis, negotiation and purchase of the property.
The Auction Bidding service includes representing you at auction and bidding on your behalf to secure the property.

Tailored Property Search – We meet with you to discuss your needs and the must-have attributes you’re looking for in a home. If you’re a couple, we make sure we understand what’s important to both of you. We’ll find suitable suburbs that meet your criteria, whether it’s the feel of a community, particular school zones or proximity to shopping, social or recreational facilities. Just as importantly, we make sure that our initial recommendations fit within your budget.
Sydney Home Search – We search for properties that meet your criteria. When we identify suitable properties, we inspect them for you and provide a detailed report, including photos or a video walk-through, property information and sale prices for comparable properties in the area. We discuss the property with you and make sure it ticks all your boxes.
Viewing the Property – Once we’ve confirmed the property meets your criteria, we personally take you through an inspection if you’re in Sydney or a virtual inspection if you’re overseas. If it’s not exactly what you’re after, we keep searching until we’ve found your dream home or perfect investment property.
Negotiation and Property Purchase – Once we’ve found your ideal property, we provide you with all the information you need to work out the right price to offer. Then we conduct negotiations on your behalf to purchase the property, via private treaty or auction. Once your offer has been accepted, we manage the process and liaise with real estate agents and conveyancers/solicitors to ensure a smooth contract exchange and a successful settlement.
Skilled Industry Professionals – We have access to an expert team of skilled industry professionals who can help you with every aspect of your property purchase and beyond. This includes conveyancers and solicitors, building and pest inspectors and finance brokers. You can also draw on our extensive team of architects, builders, interior designers and tradespeople.
If you’ve found your own property, we offer a negotiate and purchase option. We give you valuable data such as recent comparable property sales to allow you to determine an appropriate offer price for the property. Then we conduct negotiations on your behalf to purchase the property by private treaty or auction. Once your offer has been accepted, we manage the process and liaise with real estate agents and conveyancers/solicitors to ensure a smooth contract exchange and a successful settlement.
Bidding on a property at auction can be stressful. So we offer an auction bidding service, where you find the property and we bid on your behalf at the auction. With our experienced auction bidding strategies, we provide you with the best chance of securing your property at auction at the best price.
