Everything is delicious but my personal favourite is the Lemon Drizzle Cake. It is just the right combination of sweet and tart and with almond flour for texture – it’s an absolute winner! 

Join the line at for the bakery on Miller street for this much-loved Cammeray favourite. Whether it’s a loaf of bread, breakfast paninis or a selection of pastries. Whatever you have you won’t be disappointed and you will be back trust me on that. The biggest decision is actually what to have.

This hole in the wall is a hidden gem. It has fresh sushi and sashimi, delicious salad and vegies – the brussel sprouts are a personal fave – and it is BYO. What’s not to love. Not to mention the staff are lovely and they have an excellent value lunch set Fri- Sun. 

Opening bravely in COVID, this restaurant is one of three Bittons around Sydney. It offers French food with amazing breakfasts of crepes, Croque Monsieur and chilli scrambled eggs. Transforming into a candlelit French Bistro at night, perfect for a cozy dinner catchup.

An institution in Neutral Bay this Japanese restaurant has been has been open for as long as I can remember. Kyushu always delivers when it comes to its cuisine. You will need to book as it is continually full. Not big on the ambience – it’s the food and good service you go for.

Pellegrino is a great little Italian restaurant with fresh starters, delicious pastas and yummy mains. The menu isn’t too big so everything they do, they do well. The restaurant itself is cosy and downstairs is great in winter and upstairs with the windows open is perfect in summer. I love this spot. 

I love the alfresco dining and the food is made to share. Simple Italian food, fresh ingredients and so tasty. The atmosphere and service are fabulous. It can be difficult to get a table, make sure you book in advance. 

Simple, authentic Italian food including house-made pasta in a casual environment on the water with views of Middle Harbour. It’s an easy choice for a casual lunch or dinner. Due to its size and popularity, you will need to book. Its big sister restaurant next door, Ormeggios is also incredible. If you like Italian you can’t go wrong with these two choices.

I love the relaxed vibe of Gould St. It has a lot of quality Australian designers and is great for both guys and girls.  From Fox and Dove and Tuchuzy at one end to Jac and Jack and Sir at the other end. And grab a bite to eat at Sonoma Bakery or Pompei’s Pizzeria in between. 

So much to offer in a small space. From high end designer shoes at Cosmopolitan, to stores like Style Runner, Scanlan and Theodore on the corner, opposite Mecca is a match made in heaven. 

What can’t you find on Military Rd in Mosman? It’s your one-stop shopping destination. Fashion, Cafe’s & Service Providers it’s convenience at its best.

I love Mud as it is proudly Australian made with porcelain that comes from Limoges France. Their mugs are great gifts and come in a gorgeous array of colours and if you’re after a larger gift, then you can’t go past the serving platters. Their items are also beautifully wrapped and are a special gift – even if it’s for yourself. 

Tableware, Homewares, Outdoor and Indoor Furnishings, small gifts and gift wrapping. It’s my first shop to visit for little gifts for birthdays or to take to someone’s place for a thank you.

The art design and fashion market is held on Sunday twice per month and has different stallholders to the Saturday market. The Sunday market has a lot more clothing stalls and 2^nd hand clothing stalls, which are fun to mooch through.  Stylists have been known to sell off their samples here and you never know what you’ll find – my best purchase was a beautiful vintage Louis Vuitton skirt.
