23 Nov Mosman House Sales Heat Up Before Xmas

Mosman real estate continues to outperform the broader market with two double-digit home sales in one week. Last week, 49 The Esplanade, Mosman, quietly sold off-market for $17.8m making it the third highest priced Mosman sale this year. The second double-digit sale was 10 Superba Parade, which sold the day prior to auction for $12m. This was a strong result and well above the $9m price guide.

There are still 7 Mosman homes for sale on the market priced from $10m-$35m not to mention the off-market homes for sale. A lot of these properties have been on the market for 60 days+ so it will be interesting to see if any sell prior to year-end. There are buyers in these price points, so it will be a case of if the sellers are prepared to meet the market.
